Prior to creating his own design studio Gary gained experience in architecural offices in Victoria as well as international offices in Hong Kong , Australia, Singapore and London UK having lived a decade or so years overseas. In addition to his design skills, in the past 15 years Gary has gained considerable knowledge related to renovation and addition to the varied range of housing stock found in the Victoria area.

Gary earned an undergraduate degree from the Faculty of Architecture, University of Manitoba as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts Hons at the University of Tasmania in Hobart Australia.
